Praise:
- We have been granted our permanent visas ( We just have to get some more paperwork together in order to get them)
- We have had two good trip to work with the River people this fall.
Please pray for…
- Joel as he goes out this week with an American team. He will be translating for part of the team.
- The rest of the family as they stay at home while Joel is gone. Pray that everyone stays safe and healthy and nothing breaks this week.
- Joshua as he is attending Brasilian School each day for 4 hours in order to learn more Portuguese.
- Our continued good health.

us as we invite friends and neighbors into our home so that we can develop friendships.
- Our mission family here in Belem.
- Rachel, Rebekah, Sarah and Joshua in their on going language learning.
- Rebekah’s reading, that she will continue to progress quickly ( we only have two levels out of 8 to complete her reading program)
- Rachel who will be ending her studies at the International school and will be return to homeschooling in Jan.

I just wanted to send you an e mail to let you know that we have been praying for you and your ministry. May the Lord bless all of you that have committed to spreading the gospel for His glory. May your testimony and witness exalt and edify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Praying that He gives you strength, joy, and comfort as you labor in your ministry. May your words be His words ; for those that hear you, may the Lord give them ears to hear, and soften their hearts so that they embrace and hunger for His word. I pray that you will touch many lives and that many will come to know , and love the Lord. God Bless all of you. We will continue to hold you up in prayer.

I saw Joel’s name listed on the MOSAIC Birthday Prayer Calendar for October 6. The Women On Mission of FBC, Alpharetta, GA., will be meeting Oct. 6, and will have a special prayer for Joel, and your family. I will also share your Prayer & Praise of 9/29 with our group. Our prayer is that Joel’s birthday will be a special day, and that God will pour out an extra portion of His love and grace on you as you seek His will, and serve Him there.
